Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order that you have placed with us, please call us at 1-877-447-2253 and speak with a customer service representative. Sending a cancellation request by email may not give us time to catch your order before it leaves on the truck. Once an order has left our building, it cannot be cancelled.

Special orders (those placed for items not in stock at the time of your order) may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
